Four booklets on deep frying from the middle of the last century, each one written to teach a new appliance. The Sunbeam Automatic Cooker and Deep Fryer booklet carries a 1966 Sunbeam Corporation copyright on its back cover, the Kenmore booklet comes from Sears Roebuck, the Dulane Fryryte booklet covers more than 100 recipes, and Frying Made Easy is a Spry booklet from Lever Brothers.
The Sunbeam booklet leads with the appliance itself, then moves through its Mixguide, the use and care pages, and the recipes that follow. The Kenmore booklet sets out the same ground for a Sears cooker under its ALL PURPOSE APPLIANCE banner, and the Fryryte booklet walks through models F-1, F-3, and F-4 with croquettes, fritters, doughnuts, and coating batters along the way.
The Spry pamphlet is the brightest of the four, with a dark green cover of fried chicken, doughnuts, and shrimp. All four are staple bound and complete, with light creasing and toning from storage; somebody wrote Xmas 1969 on the Sunbeam contents page.

Every item is honestly described and carefully packed. These are vintage pieces, so light age-related wear comes with them. I show and describe what I see so you know what to expect.

Every listing spells it out and shows it in photos. Chips, hairlines, crazing, worn plating, old repairs. If I did not mention it, it is not there.
Yes. Every photo is the actual piece, taken by me. When it sells, it is gone.
I note maker, mark, era, and measurements when I can confirm them, and say so plainly when I cannot. Unmarked pieces get dated by what the piece itself shows.
I process order within 2 business days, wrapped and boxed so it arrives the way it left here. Don't forget, free shipping on orders $35 and up.
