Refund Policy

At Reading Vintage, every item is honestly described, carefully packed, and shipped with care. Because these items are vintage and previously loved, light age-related wear may be present. I do my best to show and describe each item clearly so you know what to expect.

If your order arrives materially different from the listing or is damaged in transit, please contact Reading Vintage within 7 days of delivery. I’ll make it right through a return, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Returns must be sent back within 30 calendar days of purchase and must be returned in the same condition received.

Once the return arrives, it will be inspected against the original listing photos and description. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

A return is not eligible for refund if:

  • it is requested more than 30 calendar days after purchase
  • the item is returned damaged
  • the item is returned in a different condition than it was received
