Digital Downloads Policy– Terms & Disclaimer

1. What you receive
   Instant access to downloadable files after payment. No physical items are shipped.
2. Formats & printing
   Unless specified, files are delivered as PDFs sized for US Letter (8.5×11). Colors may vary due to monitor and printer differences. For best results, print at 100% (no “fit to page”) on bright white paper or cardstock using high-resolution settings.
3. Permitted use (License)
   Personal use only. You may print for yourself or your household. Educators and book club leaders may print for a single classroom or club they personally run (non-commercial). Attribution is appreciated but not required.
4. Not permitted
   No resale, commercial use, or distribution of the digital files or printed outputs for profit. Do not share, email, upload, or post the files publicly (including on social media, shared drives, or marketplaces). Do not alter and resell as your own.
5. Refunds & exchanges
   Digital items are non-refundable. If a file is corrupted, you downloaded the wrong size, or you need help printing, contact me within 14 days and I’ll make it right.
6. Tech help
   If you have trouble downloading, opening, or printing, message me—I’m happy to help with basic troubleshooting and re-issuing files if needed.
7. Copyright
   All designs and layouts © Reading Vintage. Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright.
