SHIPPING POLICY

Orders $35+ Ship Free

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $35 or more (calculated before tax, after discounts are applied).

What "Free Shipping" Means

Free shipping is always the lowest-cost shipping service available for your order. This is usually:

• USPS Media Mail for eligible book orders
• USPS Ground Advantage for items that don't qualify for Media Mail (magazines, non-book items)
• UPS Ground when it's the best low-cost option based on size and weight

We choose the service that keeps shipping costs reasonable while still delivering your items safely.

Orders Under $35

Orders under $35 will be charged the actual shipping cost based on the carrier rate for your selected service.

Shipping Methods

• Books: Eligible for USPS Media Mail, our most economical option for printed materials
• Magazines & Non-Book Items: Ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground (Media Mail is not available for these items per USPS regulations)

Processing & Delivery Times

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the listing or during high-volume periods (holidays, sales, etc.).

Media Mail: 2-8 business days transit time, Ground Advantage/UPS Ground: 2-5 business days transit time

Tracking

Tracking is provided for shipped orders and will be sent once your order is on the way.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we cancel the order and refund the item cost, minus the fee USPS charges us to retrieve the package from the post office. This retrieval fee is outside our control and is separate from the original shipping cost.

The item goes back into our stock. If you'd still like it, you're welcome to place a new order.  Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
