This lot of 24 vintage snapshots and ephemera, stamp included, stayed together for decades in its original Whitehead Drug Stores photo envelope from Owosso, Michigan, kept exactly as found at an estate sale.
Many images are clear and sharp, with age toning, curling, and edge wear on some photos and small tears and stains on the envelope, all shown in the photos.
The black and white snapshots span about the 1910s through the 1940s: servicemen in uniform, including a studio portrait of an officer with wings and a Paris patch, a back note reading "2nd World War," and a soldier holding a small animal outside a tent. There are huge iron-wheeled tractors at an exposition and in the fields, early touring cars and a delivery truck, a busy downtown street, family groups, a boy beside a Kitchen Bouquet crate, a ship at sea, and a postcard with a long note from a road trip through El Paso and Fabens, Texas.

Every listing spells it out and shows it in photos. Chips, hairlines, crazing, worn plating, old repairs. If I did not mention it, it is not there.
Yes. Every photo is the actual piece, taken by me. When it sells, it is gone.
I note maker, mark, era, and measurements when I can confirm them, and say so plainly when I cannot. Unmarked pieces get dated by what the piece itself shows.
I process order within 2 business days, wrapped and boxed so it arrives the way it left here. Don't forget, free shipping on orders $35 and up.
