About These Books

The Dragonlance universe launched with the Chronicles trilogy in 1984 and expanded over the following two decades into dozens of sub-series covering different eras and corners of the world of Krynn.

This lot draws from four of those sub-series: the Crossroads series (set in the Age of Mortals city of Sanction), the Ergoth Trilogy (set centuries before the Cataclysm in the ancient Ergothian Empire), the Dragons of a New Age trilogy (following the post-Chaos-War struggle against dragon overlords), and the Barbarians series (set on the prehistoric plains of early Krynn).

All four were published by Wizards of the Coast and are written by authors who specialized in the expanded Dragonlance universe — Mary H. Herbert, Jean Rabe, and the team of Paul B. Thompson and Tonya C. Cook, who together authored several Barbarians and Ergoth trilogy books.
