This is a Petite Flora Ironstone 4009 round vegetable serving bowl, 1970s floral serving dinnerware made in Japan and associated with the Sears Petite Flora line.
No chips or cracks are noted, and no obvious crazing shows in the photos. The floral decoration is bright and the scalloped edge appears intact.
