This is a single Lenox Butterfly Meadow Dragonfly accent plate, 9 inches across, in white porcelain with a gently scalloped rim.
The center blooms with orange lilies on long green leaves, with a blue and white dragonfly overhead, a bumblebee near the top flower, and a small red ladybug settled on a leaf. There are no chips and no cracks, the printed design is sharp and complete, and the backstamp is fully legible. As a used plate it carries faint utensil marks in the center well that show only under close light.
Butterfly Meadow pairs botanical illustration with the insects that visit, and this variation carries the Dragonfly name on the back. It is the kind of piece that breaks up a shelf of plain white plates, or fills the one gap in a set that is almost complete.
