This is a turquoise blue L.E. Smith Moon and Stars fairy lamp bobeche, the plain middle tier that joins a pedestal base to a patterned dome shade.
The glass is clean, with no chips or cracks along the rim or around the center knob, and the turquoise color runs even and bright from edge to edge.
L.E. Smith made the Moon and Stars line in pressed glass, generally dated to the 1950s through the 1970s, and collectors know the pattern for the raised moon and star motifs on the outer pieces. This center tier carries none of that pattern, so it is easy to mistake for a lid once it is off the lamp, when its real job is to sit between the base and the dome shade.

If you collect L.E. Smith Moon and Stars, this turquoise bobeche can complete a lamp that is missing its center tier. If it's the one you've been looking for, it's ready to come home.

Every listing spells it out and shows it in photos. Chips, hairlines, crazing, worn plating, old repairs. If I did not mention it, it is not there.
Yes. Every photo is the actual piece, taken by me. When it sells, it is gone.
I note maker, mark, era, and measurements when I can confirm them, and say so plainly when I cannot. Unmarked pieces get dated by what the piece itself shows.
I process order within 2 business days, wrapped and boxed so it arrives the way it left here. Don't forget, free shipping on orders $35 and up.
