This is a vintage EKCO Carousel Blue Dutch Tulip potato masher from the 1960s, with a chromium plated steel frame and a white plastic composite handle decorated with blue tulips.
The masher is complete, the four looped mashing sections are intact, and the chrome is bright overall. No cracks or major chips show on the handle, and the hanging hole is intact. The white handle has yellowed to cream with light marks, the print has minor age wear, and the metal has light scratches and darker wear where it meets the handle.
The handle carries blue tulips, small gold floral accents, and geometric details, part of the coordinated look of 1960s kitchen tools. No maker mark is visible in the photos.
