Vintage U.S. Army Aggressor (OPFOR) training headgear set consisting of an Aggressor patrol cap and matching modified helmet liner. Both pieces feature the distinctive olive green finish associated with Cold War military training exercises.

Designed for opposing-force ("Aggressor") training rather than combat use, these pieces make an unusual addition to a military collection or Cold War display.

  • Helmet liner: approximately 8 inches front to back × 5 inches tall
  • Patrol cap: approximately 10 inches front to back
  • Top opening: approximately 6 inches across
  • Interior opening: approximately 7½ inches across

Rather than standard combat equipment, these pieces represent Cold War-era U.S. Army Aggressor (Opposing Force/OPFOR) training gear. The distinctive high-crowned patrol cap and modified olive helmet liner were designed to portray the fictional "Aggressor Army" used during military field exercises throughout the 1950s through the 1970s. Complete display groupings like this are considerably less common than standard U.S. issue equipment and appeal to collectors specializing in Cold War training history.
