This is a large hand painted ceramic turkey centerpiece, a glazed standing tom turkey about 10 inches tall, from the 1970s, with no visible maker's mark.
The glossy glaze is bright from the red head to the cream scalloped tail, with one small spot where the glaze buckled up (not a crack) and minor crazing on the bottom, all shown in the photos.
Glossy hand painted ceramic turkeys like this were a popular Thanksgiving centerpiece in American homes in those years, often set out on the dining table or sideboard each November. This one suits a fall table, a mantel, or a farmhouse kitchen shelf.

Every listing spells it out and shows it in photos. Chips, hairlines, crazing, worn plating, old repairs. If I did not mention it, it is not there.
Yes. Every photo is the actual piece, taken by me. When it sells, it is gone.
I note maker, mark, era, and measurements when I can confirm them, and say so plainly when I cannot. Unmarked pieces get dated by what the piece itself shows.
I process order within 2 business days, wrapped and boxed so it arrives the way it left here. Don't forget, free shipping on orders $35 and up.
