Condition

  • Honest antique condition with visible age and wear throughout.
  • The brass frame has scattered rubbing, surface scratches, finish loss, darkened patina, and age-related discoloration, especially in the deeper recesses and on the back.
  • The mirror glass shows wear consistent with age, including visible surface marks and a darker, aged appearance.
  • The back panel has heavy scratching and finish wear, and there is a visible black twisted wire at the back that appears to have been added or used for hanging/support.

Please note: The original easel kickstand was previously removed, and it now features a secure wire hook for wall hanging.

Collector’s Notes

This is the kind of small antique mirror that brings instant atmosphere to a room. The ornate cast brass frame, original fasteners, and naturally aged finish give it the layered look collectors want for Victorian, dark academia, and old-world interiors.

A beautiful piece for someone who loves antiques with real age and presence

Questions buyers ask

Every listing spells it out and shows it in photos. Chips, hairlines, crazing, worn plating, old repairs. If I did not mention it, it is not there.

Yes. Every photo is the actual piece, taken by me. When it sells, it is gone.

I note maker, mark, era, and measurements when I can confirm them, and say so plainly when I cannot. Unmarked pieces get dated by what the piece itself shows.

I process order within 2 business days, wrapped and boxed so it arrives the way it left here. Don't forget, free shipping on orders $35 and up.
