A minimalist printable you’ll actually use—designed for readers who love immersive historical fiction and want an easy way to remember what made a book feel like its era.

What’s included (PDF, US Letter 8.5x11):

  1. Cover + Quick Start (how to use + collector-friendly tip)
  2. Review Page (ratings + mood + themes + notes—no long journaling)
  3. Tracker Page (4 books per sheet) with a Top 3 This Month box

How it connects to the “Choose Your Era” method:

Log each book by era + vibe, then capture what mattered most—your Immersion rating, Historical feel, and the era keywords you noticed (hello, dust jacket clues).

Works great in GoodNotes (write on it digitally) or print at home.

Review Page features:

  • Immersion (1–5) + Historical feel (1–5) + Pace (1–5)
  • Overall star rating (with room for half stars)
  • Mood + Themes checklists
  • Big notes box (no spoilers)
  • “Era keywords I noticed” + “My shelf note” (collector-friendly!)

Tracker Page features (4-up):

  • One quick box per book (date/title/author/era/mood + ratings)
  • Top 3 reads this month

Use on iPad (GoodNotes / Notability)

  1. Download the PDF to your device after purchase.
  2. Open Files (or your browser’s downloads) and tap the PDF.
  3. Tap Share → choose Open in GoodNotes or Copy to Notability.
  4. Import as a new document.
  5. Duplicate pages as needed: make extra copies of the Review page (one per book).
  6. Use your Apple Pencil (or stylus) to write directly on the pages, highlight, and save your favorites.

Tip: Create a folder called Historical Fiction and keep your trackers together by month or era.

Digital download note:
This is a digital PDF download—no physical item will be shipped. Print as many copies as you need.

Good to Know Before You Buy

Yes. Every photo on this page is the actual item you will receive. Not a stock photo, not a similar copy. What you see is what ships.

Honestly. This is vintage, so expect some age. When I find wear, writing, stains, loose pages, chips, or missing pieces, I note them and show them in the photos. Some marks add character. Some are just flaws. I tell you which is which so you can decide if this is the right one for you.

With care. Old books and fragile pieces are wrapped and boxed so they arrive the way they left me. Careful packing is one of the things buyers mention most in their reviews. Orders of $35 or more ship free.

Probably not. Everything here is one of a kind, and I rarely find the same item twice. Once it sells, it is gone. Vintage does not restock neatly.
