This MCS Brazil cat figurine is marked HANDCRAFTED Collectibles MCS - BRAZIL SKU #67167 and dates to the late 1970s to 1980s.

The glossy brown and black cat has a striped tortoiseshell look, black ears and paws, a curled dark tail, and a bright red bow tie. No chips or cracks were noted, the ears are complete, and the surfaces feel smooth.
