Description

A charming Beswick interpretation of the classic nursery rhyme—rendered in Beatrix Potter style. A bonneted mouse (“the old woman”) settles her brood inside a robin’s-egg blue heeled shoe with pink ties. It’s hand-painted earthenware with lovely glaze depth and sweet details on the tiny mice.

Made in England by Beswick and licensed by Frederick Warne & Co., this is a wonderful crossover collectible for Beatrix Potter, nursery-rhyme, and English pottery fans alike. Scales beautifully on a shelf and adds a soft pop of color to a children’s room or cottagecore vignette.
