Thermodynamic Properties of Steam is a fabulous steam table resource. It practically eliminates the need for interpolation as it moves in 1 degree or 1 psi increments for the "standard" range.
Not until you get well outside of typical conditions that this book even begins to move into increments of 5 degrees or 5 psi (impressive considering all of this data was collected before the computer!).Included is a pocket in the back with a large Mollier diagram.
