Thermodynamic Properties of Steam is a fabulous steam table resource. It practically eliminates the need for interpolation as it moves in 1-degree or one psi increments for the "standard" range.
It is not until you get well outside of typical conditions that this book even begins to move into increments of 5 degrees or five psi (impressive, considering all of this data was collected before the computer!).Included is a pocket in the back with a large Mollier diagram.
