About the Author: Samuel Fallows

Samuel Fallows (December 13, 1835 – September 5, 1922) was an English-American immigrant who made significant contributions as a minister, lecturer, and author. Between 1877 and 1922, he served as the 9th Superintendent of Public Instruction of Wisconsin and was also the Presiding Bishop of the Reformed Episcopal Church for 30 years. 

During the American Civil War, Fallows served as a chaplain and later as an officer in the Union Army, earning an honorary brevet to Brigadier General after the war. His deep patriotism and eloquent writing make this book a heartfelt tribute to President McKinley.
