This cookbook is a great, old-fashioned pie cookbook. There are hundreds of recipes for all kinds of pies. Of course, there are a lot of *chiffon* pie recipes, but even if the thought of those makes you uncomfortable, there are plenty of other recipes in the cookbook, as well. There are pages of rhubarb pie recipes (for instance), multiple green tomato pie recipes, etc.
Bonus: a booklet found with the cookbook has been left for your enjoyment.
