The Walt Disney's Uncle Remus from the movie Song of the South was one of the Mickey Mouse Book Club books and published in 1947. The Disney's characters in this book were created by Joel Chandler Harris who wrote stories, based on the African-American oral storytelling tradition. All featuring a trickster hero called Br'er ("Brother") Rabbit, who uses his wits against adversity, though his efforts do not always succeed, but kept on trying. Something we all can relate.

This book is in good shape with no rips or tears. Some pencil marks as shown in pictures. Slight damage on the last page of this vintage Disney book.
