Even if you don't grow your own, this is a great resource for taking advantage of the summer farmer's markets and lower prices, not to mention the satisfaction of taking down a jar of peaches you put up in August to use in February. So much better than store-bought cans. Definitely a great resource for both new and experienced cooks.
