This early photo book is put out by the Western Pacific Railroad. It consists of 25 beautifully colored illustrations of the most interesting views along the route. There are 25 photographic lithographs, showing all the sights one would see from the train. Included are...San Francisco from the Bay, various canyons, and waterways, the Las Plumas Plant Great Western Power Plant, rocks, tunnels and bridges, trains, the Feather River Inn Station, the Great Salt Beds, bathers at the Great Salt Lake Saltaire Pavilion, Temple Block with cars and trolleys and more. There is also a map of the route in the book and an explanation of each subject and views that are illustrated. The soft cover book was published by Van Noy Interstate Company, 1920.

*This book is in good shape for its age with no rips or tears.
*Please note in pictures some water stains on front cover, some yellowing on maps and slight stains on white edges of pictures.
*It's bound and is also tied at left edge. It has the original twine holding it together.
