The Firefox Book is an interesting read of how things were done years ago in the Appalachians. The interviewees' simple lives are a reminder of what we have lost with advances. These books contain solid practical advice and rural skills.

The Foxfire series is an absolute classic series on Appalachian lifeways and is an excellent addition to your vintage home library.

This Firefox book set is in good shape for its age with no rips or tears.  Note the photos of book three, all pages are firmly attached.

Please use pictures as a guide. Have any questions or need more photos, ask.

The vintage items I share with you have been previously owned and loved. They may show some wear as is typical for vintage pieces.
