The New Antoinette Pope School Cook Book contains techniques explained well, and the methods are precise. The authors started the Antoinette Pope School of Fancy Cookery during the 1920s, and for a while had a televised cooking show in the Chicago area.
This book is in good shape for its age with no rips or tears. I cannot find any stains on the pages of this vintage 60's cookbook. Please scroll in and inspect the signature of Francois Pope. I will leave it up to you to decide if the author signed this book.
